A new WhatsApp feature may make it possible to migrate conversations from iOS to Android

WABetaInfo informed WhatsApp users about a forthcoming feature via a video clip uploaded on Twitter. The functionality would allow users to move chats from their iPhones to their Android phones. Despite the fact that the feature is still in development, it will come as a tremendous relief to many users who want to switch from iOS to Android without losing their WhatsApp conversations.

A short video showing the transfer of chats from an iPhone to an Android device was released by the group. An iPhone is seen in the video sending WhatsApp conversations to an Android device. "Move Chats to Android," says the first message on the screen. Users will be able to move their chat history and media from an iPhone to WhatsApp for free, according to the on-screen notification.
