On the Google Play Store, YouTube has surpassed 10 billion downloads

 


The Android app for Google's renowned video streaming service, YouTube, has broken all prior records and now has over 10 billion downloads on the Google Play Store.

The world's population is now predicted to be 7.9 billion people as of July 2021. This year, Google's Android mobile operating system reached 3 billion device activations. If those figures seem impressive, consider that Google's YouTube app for Android has now surpassed 10 billion downloads. That's more than the entire world's estimated population.
